Awesome room with retro/modern vibe. Bed was super comfy and room service was excellent. Great location near key attractions.
Had to pay for valet parking and sometimes it took a long time to get our car. , the water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I would have liked.

We really loved atmosphere and the food in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Atlantic city beach was placed at a small distance.

The hotel had a good location, right by the beach, and the holiday decor was nice. Plus, there was free hot cocoa in the lobby which was a sweet touch.
The room was subpar - the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was not very clean. We received no assistance with our bags upon arrival and the front desk attendant acted like they were doing us a favor by checking us in.

My wife and I stayed at the Chelsea for her 50th birthday The room was large, clean and it was on the18th floor. We had an ocean view which was a nice romantic touch. The staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. It has an international flair.I loved the salt water pool. Location was perfect.Room was beautiful, well maintained.Wonderful views. The coffee shop, while expensive, had very attentive servers.
1.I left a question for conceirage service, on phone, was not responded to at all 2.I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, especially since I was there midweek and could not room service to have coffee delivered3.I would have liked more choice in newspapers.Only NYpost was available;would have liked Phila.Inquirer

The room was excellent. Comfortable beds and great service. The beachside service was also great. Food and drinks were very good and prices were affordable.
We checked in early and were told to go have a drink and they would call us. Well 2 hrs later no call and we had to wait on a line of over 20 people to get our room key. This was unacceptable. Also it attracts a VERY young crowd. There is a club @ the pool and if your room faces it you can hear the music all night. Also upon returning to hotel Saturday night the front of hotel is roped off and the doormen are not very friendly. My husband and I were obviously not there for the "club" and were grilled for our room key. The lobby was packed w/club goers and we had to wait for an elevator up to our room and ride up w/ drunk rowdy people. The next morning when my husband went down to pool area for a smoke he said it was trashed and there was vomit on ground. For the price and location its a good spot. I just wish they would have warned us about the demographics and the whole club scene.

I love the way its decorated. I myself love retro/vintage look. The beds are so comfortable I never want to get out of them. My recent stay was with my best friend who has never stayed at the Chelsea and she loved it. I recommend staying at the Chelsea to everyone I talk to honestly. THank you for an amazing night Patricia Edgar

We likeed the quiteness of the hotel, and they were very accomadating to late arrival and late check out.
The lack of resturant in the hotel. We were there for our hineymoon, wanted to go out for a fancy date night on a sat night, we went to the dinning floor and it was the creapest thing we walked into. We ened up staying in and was not able to go out.

quick to respond to room issues (little refrigerator was not working and worried about food spoilage).
Chelsea was fine - but when I booked I thought my price ($388 for 2 nights) included taxes. The taxes there were horrible.
